Glow Envy is a Kenyan natural skincare brand selling handcrafted and professionally formulated skincare products. We operate at glowenvyke.co.ke and take orders primarily via WhatsApp: 0758 903 231.
All products are formulated under the guidance of a licensed aesthetician. We do not make medical claims. Our products are cosmetic skincare, not medicine.
Orders are placed through WhatsApp or via the "Order Now" buttons on our website. An order is confirmed once:
We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if payment is not confirmed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Always share your M-Pesa transaction reference with us on WhatsApp after payment so we can process your order promptly.
We ship both within Kenya and internationally. The following applies to all orders:
Shipping costs are communicated at the time of ordering via WhatsApp. For international shipping rates, please contact us before placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information provided, Glow Envy is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.
⚠️ All sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been dispatched.
Exceptions are made in the following circumstances only:
To raise a concern, contact us on WhatsApp at 0758 903 231 within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. Claims made after this window cannot be considered.
We do not offer refunds based on personal preference, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with skincare results, as individual skin responses vary.
⚠️ Individual results vary. Skincare results depend on your skin type, consistency of use, diet, hormones, sun exposure, and other personal factors. Before and after photos shown on our website and social media are from real clients and shared with their permission, but they do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
Our products are cosmetic skincare and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, please consult a dermatologist before use.
We recommend performing a patch test before first use — apply a small amount to your inner wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours to check for any reaction.
Our products are formulated with natural ingredients and are generally safe for most skin types. However:
Glow Envy will not be held liable for any adverse reaction that occurs due to improper use, failure to patch test, or use of a product after its expiry date.
All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, photos, logos, graphics, and branding — is the property of Glow Envy and is protected under Kenyan copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Customer photos shared with us and published on our site or social media remain the property of the customer. We use them with permission and will remove them upon request.
We are a small business built on trust and genuine care for our customers. We expect our interactions — via WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other channel — to remain respectful. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is abusive, threatening, or dishonest.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Glow Envy's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a transaction with Glow Envy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of our website or WhatsApp ordering after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
